We are piloting a new system for our participant organizations this summer. The July 28th workshop will include TWO types of strategic support and innovation: Brainstorming (free, as always; at workshop) and Strategy 101 (fee based; two sessions).
Brainstrom: FIVE organizations will be assigned a team of brainstormers to tackle 1-2 specific initiatives such as thinking of alternate revenue streams or leveraging social media effectively.
Strategy 101: TWO organizations will be registered, for a fee, to partner with 1-2 professionals from our strategic thinking community for a more focused, in-depth worksession. The team will also meet for a follow-up session at a later date. Areas of focus for this program include the following: Brand Brief development (assets, benefits, differentiated position, key messages); Five Year Strategic Plan (priorities and direction); Social Media Strategy and Plan
A professional photographer will be on-hand throughout the morning, with lights and backdrop, to take FREE headshots. These are valuable for use in communications such as newsletters and emails, as well as on your website and LinkedIn profile!
If you are interested in having headshots taken, please wear something professional-ish other than a plain white shirt (or you’ll dissaapear against the background).
